I'm thrilled to announce the successful installation of 'Taking Flight' at its final destination, the 375 Hudson Street lobby in New York, formerly the Saatchi building. Working alongside professional installers who utilized scissor lifts to suspend the artwork from the ceiling, Jay Grimm and George Billis were instrumental in facilitating this project. Their expertise and support were invaluable, and I couldn't be prouder of this achievement as we continue to expand our presence in the realm of public artworks.
Additionally, I'm excited to share my recent interview with Canvas Rebel, where we delve into my innovative use of sustainable materials, particularly the upcycling of vinyl street banners. It's an honor to have the opportunity to shed light on the importance of environmental consciousness in art.
Furthermore, I'm delighted to inform you that two artworks from my Rescued Refuse series have been selected for inclusion in the prestigious Albuquerque Museum Show, 'Artist Thrive'. This recognition underscores the significance of our ongoing exploration of art and sustainability.
Lastly, I invite you to mark your calendars for the fourth Fridays of each month, as the Perez art district hosts open studios. I'll be welcoming visitors to my studio located at 68-845 Perez Road, building H studio 14, offering a firsthand glimpse into my creative process and recent works.
Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm for my artistic endeavors. Together, let's inspire and shape the future of art.
