Introductions of Members
MEMBERS PRESENT: Randall Holbrook (treasurer and SCA webmaster), Kathy Breaux, Karen Feuer-Schwager, and Norm Ellis. Jennifer Kiel, Museum Directors Manager.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Randall reported that the current SCA funds are $959.

OLD BUSINESS: Not discussed at this meeting.

MUSEUM TOUR: Jennifer and a volunteer led us on a tour of the museum, discussed a new artist residency program, showed us art and photography by Nellie Gail Moulton, and plein-air oil paintings by Jeff Sewell.

NEW BUSINESS: Meeting regularly, re-ignite interest with past members and recruit new members.

Discussion:

1. We will begin meeting monthly at various venues with a gallery, or a show, or other point of interest.
2. Set up a meeting late October (October 22) at Newport Beach Library Charles Sword Meeting Room, 1-3pm, followed by a tour of the sculpture garden in Civic Center Park.
   UPDATE: A member needs to have membership card to the library to reserve the space.
3. We shared current art projects.
