The 2-day cultural art event is located this year at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts (SCFTA) in the beautiful, multi-tiered glass lobby of the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.

“The lobby of the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall is both elegant and inviting. Architect Cesar Pelli designed the space to encourage socializing, and through the sweeping façade of more than an acre of glass, to observe guests arriving at Segerstrom Hall and events and performances on the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza. The ground level floor is of Spanish marble and features a sweeping spiral staircase that leads to the Box Tier level. Four stories above is the dramatic silver leaf ceiling and what has been called a stunning piece of architectural jewelry. Instead of a traditional chandelier, Pelli and lighting designer Francesca Bettridge created a spectacular work of art called “Constellation.” It features Swarovski crystal globes, curved lighting coves and three hundred individual strands of highly polished stainless steel that form a circular pattern 40-feet in diameter. The strands are in graduated lengths, the longest reaching 40 feet, and each is tipped with a handblown, faceted Baccarat crystal globe. The globe on the longest pendant is colored in Baccarat red, the signature of an original Baccarat work. LED lighting is used to illuminate the ceiling and can be changed to nearly any hue to create custom effects and ambiance.”

In addition to showcasing a Juried Art Show, the event will also feature entertainment performances, demonstrations, classes, and interactive activities from all art disciplines.
